Havia previs\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica de exerc\u00edcios de alerta.<\/p><p class=\" \">Sem a constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de uma \u00a0<a class=\"internal-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/trabalho-e-previdencia\/pt-br\/composicao\/orgaos-especificos\/secretaria-de-trabalho\/inspecao\/seguranca-e-saude-no-trabalho\/sst-portarias\/2010\/portaria_186_regimento_unico_comissoes_revogada.pdf\" target=\"_self\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"true\" data-tippy=\"\">Comiss\u00e3o Nacional Tripartite Tem\u00e1tica<\/a>\u00a0(CNTT)\u00a0para o acompanhamento permanente da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da NR-23, as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es da norma s\u00e3o discutidas diretamente no \u00e2mbito da\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2019\/decreto\/D9944.htm\">Comiss\u00e3o Tripartite Parit\u00e1ria Permanente (CTPP)<\/a>*.<\/p><p class=\" \">Desde a sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, a NR-23 sofreu quatro revis\u00f5es (1991, 1992, 2001 e 2011), das quais tr\u00eas foram pontuais e, em 2011, ocorreu uma ampla revis\u00e3o.<\/p><p class=\" \">A primeira altera\u00e7\u00e3o da norma, dada pela\u00a0<a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/trabalho-e-previdencia\/pt-br\/composicao\/orgaos-especificos\/secretaria-de-trabalho\/inspecao\/seguranca-e-saude-no-trabalho\/sst-portarias\/1991\/portaria_06_altera_nr_23.pdf\" target=\"_self\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"false\">Portaria SNT n\u00ba 06<\/a>, de 29 de outubro de 1991, apesar de pontual, foi bastante significativa, pois, a partir de sua vig\u00eancia, tornou-se obrigat\u00f3ria a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, nos estabelecimentos de trabalho, de extintores de inc\u00eandio aprovados pelo Instituto Nacional de Metrologia, Qualidade e Tecnologia (INMETRO).<\/p><p class=\" \">No ano seguinte, a\u00a0, de 21 de janeiro de 1992, revogou o item que estabelecia o prazo de validade para uso do corpo do extintor de inc\u00eandio, tendo em vista a exist\u00eancia de norma t\u00e9cnica de ensaio hidrost\u00e1tico para extintores de inc\u00eandio no pa\u00eds.<\/p><p class=\" \">A\u00a0<a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/trabalho-e-previdencia\/pt-br\/composicao\/orgaos-especificos\/secretaria-de-trabalho\/inspecao\/seguranca-e-saude-no-trabalho\/sst-portarias\/2001\/portaria_24_altera_a_nr_23.pdf\" target=\"_self\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"false\"><span class=\"internal-link\">Portaria SIT n\u00ba 24<\/span><\/a>, de 09 de outubro de 2001, alterou itens relativos \u00e0 extin\u00e7\u00e3o do fogo por meio de \u00e1gua. Esta altera\u00e7\u00e3o foi submetida e aprovada por consenso durante a\u00a0<a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/trabalho-e-previdencia\/pt-br\/composicao\/orgaos-especificos\/secretaria-de-trabalho\/inspecao\/seguranca-e-saude-no-trabalho\/ctpp-nrs\/atas-ctpp\/28_reuniao_ordinaria_14_09_2001.pdf\" target=\"_self\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"false\">28\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria<\/a>\u00a0da CTPP, realizada em 14 de setembro de 2001.<\/p><p class=\" \">J\u00e1 a\u00a0<a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/trabalho-e-previdencia\/pt-br\/composicao\/orgaos-especificos\/secretaria-de-trabalho\/inspecao\/seguranca-e-saude-no-trabalho\/sst-portarias\/2011\/portaria_221_altera_a_nr_23.pdf\" target=\"_self\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"false\">Portaria SIT n\u00ba 221<\/a>, de 06 de maio de 2011, alterou profundamente o texto da norma, que passou a exigir o cumprimento das legisla\u00e7\u00f5es estaduais no que se refere \u00e0s medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandios. Foram mantidos itens relativos \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es aos trabalhadores e \u00e0s sa\u00eddas de emerg\u00eancia. Estas altera\u00e7\u00f5es foram submetidas para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o pela CTPP, durante a\u00a0<a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/trabalho-e-previdencia\/pt-br\/composicao\/orgaos-especificos\/secretaria-de-trabalho\/inspecao\/seguranca-e-saude-no-trabalho\/ctpp-nrs\/atas-ctpp\/64_reuniao_ordinaria_30_e_31_03_2011.pdf\" target=\"_self\" data-tippreview-image=\"\" data-tippreview-title=\"\" data-tippreview-enabled=\"false\">64\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria<\/a>, realizada em 30 e 31 de mar\u00e7o de 2011, por meio da Nota T\u00e9cnica DSST n\u00ba 16\/2007, que propunha a altera\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas normas regulamentadoras, dentre elas a NR-23. \u00a0Na ocasi\u00e3o, as altera\u00e7\u00f5es foram aprovadas por consenso.<\/p><p class=\" \">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\" \"><strong>*<\/strong>\u00a0A CTPP, originalmente institu\u00edda pela\u00a0<a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/trabalho-e-previdencia\/pt-br\/composicao\/orgaos-especificos\/secretaria-de-trabalho\/inspecao\/seguranca-e-saude-no-trabalho\/sst-portarias\/1996\/portaria_02_institui_a_ctpp_revogada.pdf\"
