Essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser prestada no primeiro dia \u00fatil seguinte ao acidente e, em caso de morte, imediatamente<\/li><li>S-2220 \u2013 Monitoramento da Sa\u00fade do Trabalhador, ser\u00e3o enviados os exames ocupacionais (admissional, peri\u00f3dico, retorno ao trabalho, mudan\u00e7a de fun\u00e7\u00e3o e demissional). O envio \u00e9 realizado at\u00e9 o dia 15 do m\u00eas seguinte ao da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do exame, mas a empresa deve cumprir os prazos para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>S-2240 \u2013 Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Ambientais do Trabalho \u2013 Agentes Nocivos ir\u00e1 registrar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais de trabalho e informar a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalhador \u00e0 agentes nocivos que gerem direito \u00e0 Aposentadoria Especial.
